Return Policy
Because most items are made to order, please choose carefully when purchasing. We want you to be completely satisfied, so if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.
Eligibility
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Please note that custom orders and digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at windovertide.designs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for mailing your item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If an item is damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged piece.
Cancellations & Address Changes
Orders begin processing shortly after being placed and cannot be canceled once confirmed.
